Thank you for visiting my website!  If you want a cake that gives your guests a pleasant reminder of home-baked goods, then you have come to the right place.   I bake cakes like Mom used to make to add a feeling of "home" to your special event.  I rely on fresh ingredients and my own flair to set my products apart from other bakers.  I use the freshest ingredients possible, including real butter where ever I can fit it in.

I like to use fresh fruits for fruit fillings, not the prepackaged gooey stuff you buy in a can.  I make fresh frosting just for your cake. I do not purchase huge tubs of pre-made frostings, like the big bakeries do. Whether it is butter cream or chocolate ganache, you can rest assured that it is a fresh batch, made just for you.

I love to try new things.  If you have something in mind that I have never done, don't be afraid to ask!  I love to have a reason to learn and try something new.  However, if I don't feel confident in my ability to give you what you want, I promise to let you know well in advance so we can work together to find an alternative that will satisfy us both.

I don't only offer special event cakes!  I also have a selection of other delicious, home-style bakery items including seasonal pound cakes, cheese cakes, pies and cookies to satisfy even the most selective sweet tooth.  These items are appropriate for either a special occasion, or just for an everyday treat.  They are made fresh just for you so please let me know in advance when you would like to have these.
